Remove "Start backup" from File Explorer
Latest Windows 11 update shows this very annoying button, and can't find a way to remove it (I don't want to use this backup feature): Any PS script to disable this? Hope MS is working o...
That "Backup" application seems merely to be an (weak) alternative front-end/dashboard for the Account "Sync your settings" and OneDrive's folder backup (very weak). Any real configuration seems to still be done through those.
Microsoft is doing exactly the same as other IT giants - it saves the characteristics of the devices and their settings in the cloud to quickly and without errors synchronize all devices logged in with a Microsoft account - that is, making improvements ->that have been working well for a long time on other operating systems.
