Remove "Start backup" from File Explorer
Some of them using onedrive private, some business version, some both.
I can't remove Onedrive, I just want that button to go away.
Or do i have to migrate everything to Google Storage so I can disable (sign out) Onedrive completely? If MS doesn't remove that spam button, I'll have to move to Google or Dropbox.
Btw, on one machine I didn't sign in to OD, and Star Backup is not in the File Explorer. But hoping I don't have to go that far and migrated files from OD to some other cloud storage.
This is just to test.

This is just to test and verify if that is causing this behavior.
I advise you to file a report in the Feedback Hub app and report this concern. - DeletedOct 11, 2023
When you click on this application - you can uncheck it after successively disable the backup of settings and other folders, have you tried to do that?
- davidhbrownOct 31, 2023Copper ContributorThat "Backup" application seems merely to be an (weak) alternative front-end/dashboard for the Account "Sync your settings" and OneDrive's folder backup (very weak). Any real configuration seems to still be done through those.
