Managed to find a solution. I have Recall up and running gain. Start --> type: "cmd"(admin)--> type: "Dism /Online /Enable-Feature /Featurename:Recall"

You'll see that Recall is being installed again. It might take a while as the AI models will be downloaded and installed as well.
