Feedback Hub is directly monitor by the Windows team and incase you have been part of the Windows Insider program, you might have noticed the Windows team will refer to feedbacks in the Feedback Hub app in some of issues. Sharing your comment here is welcome and is a good practice but sending a feedback will make sure your Feedback will be reviewed by the Windows team (even if they don't send you a direct response).
Windows 10 is supported till 2025 and you may use it if you want to. However, you may try Windows 11 and share your feedbacks to improve the Windows.

Aside from the hardware requirements, the unnecessary and unhelpful changes to the start menu are by far the largest category of complaints about Windows 11. To date, Microsoft has been completely oblivious to this widespread annoyance if not outright anger, as shown by the lac of any changes that would indicate it had been listening. Either that, or it just doesn't give a **bleep** about the real people have to use Windows in the real world.

When you send feedback, you might not receive a direct response, but the Windows team will review it. The best way to share your concern is the Feedback Hub app and people who agreed with you, would be able to upvote. In case you have been active in the Windows Insider Program, you would have observed feedbacks will take into consideration but there is no guarantee to be implemented into Windows.
