File Explorer bug re UNC paths

It's been fixed for quite a while now. I don't know what patch or rev fixed this, but it's not a problem on 23H2 22631.3880 and beyond.
This is what I don't understand. How can it be fixed for some people and not for others? Still does not work for me.
The phrase for when something works sporadically or only for some reasons is "still broken"
Good question. Using Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.5039) and issue still occurs!
It occurs sporadically, sometimes it works, sometimes not.
For me it is constant. It never works in File Explorer. When I am in a save dialogue, it works just fine.
