Thank you very much for your support. The workstations that we access remotely via RDP are full updated with Dell and Microsoft updates until this date.
I'm starting to believe that the "freeze effect" is due to some type of delay problem of RDP ability to refresh screen on the side of the computer where we are running the RDP session. When it freezes if I redo the RDP session i get the session where it should be... It's amazing that for years, if we need to connect to a Windows 10 workstation via RDP, everything went smoothly... now we have this with Windows 11!
