One thing I'd try is to check the Remote Desktop Connection configuration on the Windows 11 machines. Make sure the service is turned on and set to start automatically. You might need to enable the Remote Desktop Server and configure the security settings. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty, and maybe even try a factory reset if all else fails.
