Hello,
I've had freezing in the passed due to overclocking and faulty RAM.
- Open Event Viewer and navigate to Windows Logs > System. Look for the WHEA-Logger error and check the details for any specific hardware component mentioned.
- Update Drivers: Ensure all your drivers, especially for critical components like the GPU, motherboard, and storage devices, are up to date. check the vendors of your motherboard and intel support assistant.
- Run Diagnostics like mdsched.exe
- Sometimes, BIOS settings like overclocking or XMP profiles can cause hardware errors. Try resetting the BIOS to default settings and see if the error persists.
- If possible, reseat components like RAM, GPU, and other peripherals to ensure they are properly connected.
- If the error persists and you've identified a specific component as the culprit, consider replacing it.
Let me know if any of these helped you.
