Check Connections: For a desktop PC, ensure your monitor cables (DP/HDMI) are firmly seated at both the monitor and the PC case (graphics card ports, not the motherboard ports if you have a dedicated GPU). Try a different cable or port if possible.
Overheating: Download a hardware monitoring tool like HWMonitor or Open Hardware Monitor. Check your CPU and GPU temperatures under load (while gaming or running a stress test). CPU temperatures consistently above 95-100°C or GPU temperatures above 90-95°C can cause crashes.
