Quick access is gone

Here is my problem, overnight, my quick access in the file explorer literally disappeared. My folders and files were not affected, but it remains disabling and destabilizing to know that this functionality has disappeared from my computer. So I tried a lot of things, the only thing I found is that when I try to pin my "Documents" folder, or another basic folder like "Pictures", from the Windows library, an error message appears:

C:\Users\anton\OneDrive\Documents
The doc file has been damaged.

Can someone help me?
