Problems with the KB5055627 update ?

Uninstall the problematic update → admin run: 
wusa /uninstall /kb:5035627 /quiet 
still fails, try uninstalling it manually in Control Panel > Programs and Features > View Installed Updates and pause the update for 7 days, Microsoft usually fixes the problematic patch in a subsequent update.
