Since the issue only happens in Netflix full-screen, it’s almost certainly a browser video/DRM rendering issue — not your monitor, cable, or GPU.
Here are the quickest fixes to try:
- Try another browser (Chrome/Firefox/Edge).
If the jumping stops, it confirms a browser-specific rendering bug.- Update Widevine DRM
Go to edge://components → update Widevine Content Decryption Module.- Check GPU video settings
In AMD Software, turn off video enhancements like Dynamic Contrast, Image Sharpening, or Super Resolution.- Adjust Windows Graphics Settings
Turn VRR on/off
Turn Optimizations for windowed games off
Set your browser to High performance- Try the Netflix Windows app
It uses a different video pipeline and often avoids these issues entirely.
Because other sites work fine, the problem isn’t hardware — it’s how Netflix handles DRM + hardware acceleration on your system.
