Problem with Screen Jumping Around in Full Screen Videos
This might sound crazy but I found a solution! Type in text size in windows search bar and just increase it by 1 or 2% press Apply and boom. You can watch Netflix app in windows 11 full screen with subtitles and no screen shifting or flickering. No need to change scaling or any other more complicated processes. No need to turn HDR off.
