Problem with bluetooth headphones

I am also facing this issue with win11. It just doesn't work. My headphones connects seamlessly to any other device I have(iOS, android). It is just the problem with Windows OS.
On top it, I see this issue is open from a long time and has more than 7k views/hits and still Microsoft simply choose to ignore this and provide no fix.
