Print spooling problems
Experiencing problems printing to several types of network printers (laser & inkjet). Problems seem to have started with recent Windows update. Typically print file gets stuck in spooler and never seems to get sent to printer. Note that this seems to occur mostly to physical printers. I have tried restarting spooler but this rarely helps.
If I print to virtual (PDF) printer, everything functions OK. Then I can successfully print to a physical printer.

Print spooling is a process that manages printing tasks by storing them in memory (spool) until the printer is ready to receive them. This allows for smoother printing, especially when printing multiple documents or to network printers.
