Power plan keeps resetting

I am trying to stop the powerplan from resetting to the default - ie. screen turns off after 15 minutes.   I have tried to change the powerplan, create a custom powerplan, deleta all other powerpla...

Hello,

Please run Power troubleshooter from Settings app > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Let us know what it reports back.

    Already did that also, and the only result is that it reverts the power settings back to default (which I am trying to prevent with each reboot).
