To install Windows 11 with local account during the process, follow these steps:

Steps:
1. Create Windows 11 Installation Media
Download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool from the official Microsoft website.
Run the tool and select Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file).
Follow the prompts to create a bootable USB drive.

2. Boot from the Installation Media
Insert the USB into your PC.
Restart and boot from the USB (you may need to change boot order in BIOS/UEFI).

3. Begin Windows 11 Installation
Follow the on-screen instructions until you reach the "Let's connect you to a network" step.

4. Skip Network Connection
When prompted to connect to a network, click "I don't have internet" or "Skip".
If the option isn’t visible, disconnect your Ethernet cable or disable Wi-Fi temporarily.

5. Install Windows 10 with Local Account
After skipping network setup, Windows 11 will prompt you to sign in with a Microsoft account.
Select "Offline account" or "Limited experience".
Confirm your choice when prompted.
Create a username and password for your local account.
