Phone Link Not Syncing Messages

On my Surface Pro 11 I'm having issues with Phone Link not syncing text messages with my Pixel 9 Pro. I've tried removing the apps from my surface and phone and starting fresh, but nothing helps. I would really appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks
