PC wakes up instantly after Sleep

Basically, I just installed a new MOBO and CPU, tweaked some settings in bios (ram clock, fast boot etc.) and been trying to put my pc to sleep but it just wakes up instantly after powering off. I've disabled "allow this to wake up computer" on mouse and keyboard + network card in device manager. I also ran powercfg -lastwake and:
Wake History Count - 1
Wake History [0]
Wake Source Count - 0
Any help is appreciated cause this is annoying as hell.
Update: I've also tried shutting down and it does the same exact thing.

  • Windows includes a built-in troubleshooter for power-related issues. To run it:

    1. Open Settings (Windows + I).
    2. Go to Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Additional troubleshooters.
    3. Click on Power and run the troubleshooter.
