PC still keeps crashing for an unknown reason

The issue is, under load, my screen will go black along with an audio stuttering loop. I've posted about it before in this thread and somebody in the replies suggested it may be an issue with either the RAM or GPU, I ran memte86 and it came back clean, I've reseated my GPU, along with changing out the cables, updated and downgraded drivers, and updated my BIOS.

AMD Ryzen 7 9700X
32 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM (NO XMP/EXPO)
AMD Radeon 9070XT
Gigabyte B850 Aorus Elite WiFi7 motherboard
Lian Li EDGE 850W
Windows 11

I've also tried putting an undervolt on my GPU which may have improved things but hasn't fully resolved things, the last two ideas I have are reinstalling windows and swapping out my GPU, my graphics card should still be under warranty so I should be able to get a replacement with no real trouble, I would like a reinstallation of windows to be a last ditch effort as I have a lot of files that would need a lot of work to save before wiping my pc.
