PC keeps getting BSODs ?
1. Record the error message
Write down the blue screen error code (e.g. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) and take a screenshot.
2. Force reboot and enter safe mode.
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force power off and reboot.
Press F8 or Shift+F8 to enter Safe Mode at startup to detect any driver or software conflict.
3. Check for viruses
Perform a full disk scan with Windows Defender or Malwarebytes.
4. System Restore or Reset
System Restore: Control Panel → System Security → System Protection → System Restore.
Reset System: Settings → Update and Security → Recovery → Reset this computer (keep files).
5. Check for hardware problems
If the problem remains unresolved, it may be a hardware failure (e.g. memory, hard disk, motherboard or power supply is damaged) and it is recommended to contact a professional repairer.
