PC boots normally, no crashes but . . . .

PC boots normally, no crashes, but sometimes just before the startup screen, PC reboots and resets the BIOS. What could be the cause of this ?
i have on my pc
mb : gigabyte gaming x v2
cpu: 5800x
gpu: rtx 3070 ti
ram: f4-3600c19d-32gvrb
the ram is not on qvl list

    An inadequate or failing power supply (PSU) can cause random reboots and restarting the BIOS. Ensure your PSU can provide sufficient power for all components (especially during peak loads).
