Paint in Windows 11

Can uninstall Paint in Windows 11 and download Paint that I used from Windows 10 ?

If I can will W 11 aloud Paint from W 10 be the main default program.

    Although you can uninstall Paint from Windows 11 but the problem is, you may not be able access Windows 10 Store on Windows 11 IMO. I might be wrong, but that's what I know till now.
