No leading zeros in file explorer?
Am I going crazy? Looking at my File Explorer recently and I noticed that the time's before 10:00 don't have a leading zero and I can't remember if it's always been like this. It looks odd to me. Couldn't see anything on Google.

In Windows File Explorer, times before 10:00 may indeed show without a leading zero (e.g., 9:30 instead of 09:30), while times from 10:00 and up display with a leading zero. This behavior can be influenced by your system's locale settings.

Change your short time in the region settings (search region on Windows start menu)
