New PC - Windows 11 Loses Activation every time it sleeps, help!
I bought the i9-12900k MSI , ASUS TUF Gaming Z690-Plus WiFi , G.SKILL Ripjaws S5 Series 32GB bundle that Newegg recently offered and paired them with a Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 1000W power supply, a TEAMGROUP T-Force CARDEA A440 M.2 drive, an AIO cooler, and my older GTX 1060 video card (for now).
Clean install of Windows 11 (off USB flashed with windows creation tool) with a new key.
Everything seems to work great, except, when my computer sleeps, it loses its windows activation. Its easy enough to fix, either I can do the activation troubleshooter, or I can manually re-enter my windows key and it says activation successful, but the next time it sleeps, it loses it again.
A full hard reboot or a power off and it keeps activation, its only when it sleeps.
I tried updating to the latest bios, same result.

1. Reactivate the system
Right-click “Start” → Select “Terminal (Administrator)” → Execute in order:
powershell
slmgr /ato
powershell
slmgr /rearm
Turning off Fast Startup
Open “Control Panel” → “Power Options” → “Select Power Button Functions
Click “Change currently unavailable settings” → Uncheck “Enable fast startup” → Save
2. Prevent Loss Again
Keeping the System Time Accurate
Right-click the taskbar time → “Adjust Date and Time” → Enable “Set Time Automatically”.
Disable Hybrid Sleep
Execute in the administrator terminal:
powershell
powercfg /h off
3. Check for success
Press Win + R and type:
powershell
slmgr /xpr
If it shows “Permanently activated”, the repair was successful.
