New Outlook will not load
I recently opened my computer to use Email which is New Outlook. I had not used my computer for sometime as it is secondary to another which I tend to use daily, however, when I tried to open Outlook it asked me to log in and enter my password, this I did and Outlook said that it was setting me up. But a screen came up telling me that "We ran into and error. Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.ADDriverStoreAccessNonLocalException - It continued below with, The new Outlook could not successfully launch. Try Troubleshoot, or please try again later. When I hit the Troubleshoot button, the following screen opens:
I have tried to open Outlook on several occasions during the day and over several days without success. Any help in resolving this issue will be gratefully appreciated.
