So I was having the same problem the past month. After all the above and several other potential fixes, which did not work, I finally found a solution:
Step-by-step instructions:
- Control Panel>Search for time in the top right search bar>Click Date and Time>Internet Time>Change Settings>Update Now
- Device Manager>Network adapters>Right Click your Adapter (mine was Intel Wi-Fi 6e...) and Uninstall Device.
- Do the Same for the Bluetooth Device in the same (Network adapters)
- Restart your Laptop
- Again Device Manager>Network adapters>Right Click your adapter and Install Device. The Bluetooth Device should have automatically installed the driver. Restart your computer.
- In the Taskbar, bottom right click on the globe icon for Wi-Fi and connect to your network, put in your password for your network and check click automatically. Now, all should function normally. But, to make sure:
- Restart your computer to ensure the same problems do not continue. Not sure which update caused this problem but resetting the time, network adapter and Bluetooth adapter together made sure all were in sync.
I also noticed that my startup is much faster and also browsing. Hope this solution helped. Thanks
