Network connections delayed
In Device Manager, update the wireless network adapter driver and disable the option that allows the computer to turn off this device to save power.

I already tried that. Didn't help. Here's what I can remember trying (nothing helped)
Disabled/Enabled network devices, reinstalled network devices, checked that WLAN service was automatic, Reset Network, Forgot then reconnected to my router, reset modem (BTW, my other computers are not having a problem), moved the DHCP stuff in BIOS to highest priority, ran the
netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew commands.
Uninstalled latest Windows update (KB5086672). Uninstalled the last Dell update (Dell Power Manager Service).
It is not as if it shows the nearby wi-fis available but not connected. The systray show the globe instead of the wi-fi icon. Clicking on is shows a black square. After several seconds, the bluetooth, airplane, etc shows up in the black square. 50 seconds later, the globe turns into the wi-fi icon and it automatically connects. This just started last Friday.
