My Notebook is not working

My notebook  with windows 11 64 bit starts very slowly but when I try to enter my account  there is the message I can't access

I have tried in safemode and I can acces my account but the I can't do any action. The command is accepted but afer hours nothing appens

What Can I do ?

    There could be a lot of reasons why the issue occurs. Can you upload a screenshot?

    I have some additional information.

    Through command prompt i have tried to perform chkdsk that return a message with errors found,

    I have tried to solve the problem with chkdsk/f and chkdsk/f/r/x they fail because the disk is write protect

    Any attempt to remove the protection fails
