ms edge icons changed
Can anyone help me find out why my theme and edge icons have changed randomly on their own to a white box with a blue square in the middle? I have done multiple web searches and deleted the icon cac...
It's been happening to me as well for the last 6 months... Quick but temporary fix is to go to Edge "Settings" and then "Appearance" and change the theme to anything and then back to default. There is no need to change each icon manually. Then, randomly, it will change back a day later or weeks later - I have no idea what triggers this to happen. It is shocking that all this time has passed, and multiple people have reported the issue, yet Microsoft has not addressed it.
So far, I haven't seen it happen again since upgrading from Win 11 23H2 to 24H2.
