Mouse/Keyboard stutter on host when Hyper-V VM is running

When a Hyper-V VM is running, it causes a frequent "stutter" with the mouse/keyboard (most noticeable with the keyboard while typing) on the host itself.  I don't notice this stutter in the VM; only on the host.  Host is Win11.  VM is Win11.  Mouse and keyboard are wireless USB.  As soon as I shut down the VM, everything returns to normal.

Haven't tried with a wired mouse/keyboard.

Anyone seen similar behavior?

Are there any other applications or services running on your host machine that might be competing for system resources?  Try temporarily disabling some background processes to see if it helps.  Sometimes, a really resource-heavy program in the background could be the culprit

When the VM is running, it can consume significant CPU resources. Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and check if your CPU usage is high when the VM is running. If so, consider allocating fewer resources (CPU or RAM) to the VM.
