Mouse can't click anything when I use G502 Hero on Windows 11

i have a question for you guys. when i plugged in my "G502 ​​Hero" mouse, my windows suddenly bugged and can't click anything. except other mouse. i couldn't press any apps or toolbars. i could only click and drag icons on the desktop.

is this because of the mouse or windows?
