More MS misery
I have an acronis .tib backup from my wife's that contains important info that I cannot extract as Com Surrogate seems to have locked it so I cannot extract the info. How the h do I make it accessable by Acronis or whatever opens it to read it?

Making sure you have Acronis True Image installed and fully updated. Issues with .tib files can sometimes be resolved simply by using the latest version of the software.
