Mobile Connection Options in Windows 11
I recently switched to Windows 11. There are Phone Link and mobile device integration in File Explorer. Do they replace each other or serve different uses?

Hi, the available mobile connection options in Windows 11 depend heavily on the hardware. If you are looking for Cellular or eSIM settings, the device needs a supported WWAN modem and the correct driver; otherwise those settings may not appear at all. If you mean connecting through a phone, Phone Link handles calls, messages, and notifications, while internet sharing normally uses Wi-Fi hotspot, USB tethering, or Bluetooth tethering from the phone. I’d check Device Manager first to see whether Windows detects a cellular modem, then install the latest driver package from the device manufacturer.
