I no longer have a keyboard section in the device manager.

We've experienced this issue on 3 separate devices, on 3 different days. All keyboards (USB, USB-C, wireless dongle, and Bluetooth) suddenly stop being detected.
Affected devices are running Windows 11 Enterprise, version 23H2.
What we've observed in Device Manager:
- The "Keyboards" section is missing entirely.
- Under "Human Interface Devices," we see entries such as USB\VID_17EF&PID_608C.
- Deleting these devices and rebooting to force reinstallation does not resolve the issue.
Troubleshooting so far:
- Recent updates installed prior to the issue: KB2565063, KB5101004, KB5041655, KB5099414.
- We uninstalled these patches, but the issue persists.
- Our security team investigated using Cortex, CrowdStrike, and other tools, and found no signs of malicious activity or anomalies.
At this point, we're unable to identify a root cause. Re-imaging the affected devices is an option, but without understanding the underlying cause, we're concerned this could recur on other machines.
Any guidance or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
