Microphone doesn't work? What should I do?

Hello, my micro suddenly stopped working. In hardware and sound settings it says that it should work and when I speak there is a bar that shows that it works but in all the apps it doesn't work. I can hear the sound like from youtube etc. but i can't speak (i tried integrated micro and not) If i log of from the administrator session it still doesn't work. It all started after I uninstalled clownfish voice changer (at least that's what I think) because after a day after uninstalling clownfish it stopped working. In privacy&security->microphone I allowed microphone access and all that is possible there. I have WINDOWS 11.
