Stop Background Apps at Night.
Background apps are often the biggest culprit.
- Go to Settings → Apps → Installed Apps.
- Select apps like OneDrive, Spotify, or Teams.
- Under Background app permissions, set to Never.
- Turn on Battery Saver mode manually at night.
