Make a new hotkey for switching desktop
The default hot key involves using the left or right arrow but my keyboard doesn't have that is there a way I can make a new hotkey shortcut to do this?

Use AutoH0tkey to create custom hotkeys for desktop switching.
Customize hotkeys with PowerToys Keyboard Manager, e.g. Ctrl+Win + Arrow keys to switch virtual desktops, requires administrator privileges, original Win+Ctrl + Arrow keys still work.
