Scroll download the PDF file and take screenshot on it. It will saved as JPG or PNG image. If there are two many pages to be converted, then use a dedicated PDF to Image converter instead. Here is a simple step-by-step tutorial for converting PDF to JPG/PNG/GIF/TIFF: https://www.mobiledic.com/convert-pdf-file-to-images
P.S. The converted images are in high quality and the formattings are well kept!

Hi Endora,
On Windows 11, you have several reliable ways to convert a PDF to an image (JPG/PNG/GIF) without losing quality:
- Using built-in tools
- Open the PDF in Microsoft Edge or Adobe Reader.
- Zoom to 100% or higher, then use the Snipping Tool to capture each page as an image.
2. Using dedicated PDF-to-image software
- Tools like Adobe Acrobat can export PDFs directly to JPG/PNG at high resolution.
- You can also use lightweight tools such as HitPaw FotorPea, which can convert PDFs to images while keeping text and numbers sharp.
3. Online converters
- Websites like PDF2PNG can also do the job.
- Make sure to check the output resolution before uploading.
Quality tips:
- Choose high-resolution output (at least 300 DPI).
- Avoid compressing the image too much.
- Preview the exported image to ensure all text is legible.
- This approach should help your bank statement remain clear and acceptable for submission.
