If your keyboard input is not working when trying to type your login PIN on a Windows PC, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue. Here are some methods to try:
Restart Your Computer:
- Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary hardware or software issues that might be causing the keyboard to malfunction.
Check Keyboard Connections:
- If you are using an external keyboard, ensure that it is properly connected to your computer. Try unplugging it and plugging it back in, or try a different USB port.
- If it's a wireless keyboard, check the batteries, make sure it's turned on, and confirm that the receiver is correctly connected and recognized by your computer.

- Nobel_BaynesSteel ContributorConnect the keyboard with another USB port.

- AmiriamIron ContributorIf you're using a physical keyboard, try tapping each key gently to ensure they're not stuck or jammed. This might sound silly, but it's a common issue!
- WayneyanIron ContributorThe cursor might not be focused on the password field, causing your input to be ignored. Try clicking on the password field to give it focus.
