Keep the current time stamp by creating a new .log file
If you create a Notepad file which starts with .LOG, every time you launch it, it will log the current timestamp.

Thanks for the tip.
Navigate to where you saved the log file and double-click to open it with Notepad. Every time you open this file again, Notepad will automatically insert the current date and time at the end, so you’ll have a timestamp logged.
