Keep getting a message to plug in my desktop PC because my battery is low

I have a Tripplite smart1300LCDT UPS, but I'm not sure it's coming from that. I doubt it's the CMOS battery. This keeps popping up and stealing focus.

I could disable the device here, but then the PC won't get shut down if I lose power?

If it's not that then wait for the next Windows 11 build to come out, and see if it's still happening in the next insider previewer build.

Sounds like a possible battery, hardware, and/or software problem but maybe not so much Windows? If you have tech support or warranty for your computer check with your computer manufacturer to troubleshoot the problem.
