KB5070773 fixes a WinRE bug introduced by October’s cumulative update.

Upgrading to Windows 11 25H2 (the newer feature update) generally includes many fixes and cumulative updates released after the initial 24H2 version. It’s very likely that KB5070773's fixes are integrated into the newer builds of 25H2, especially since cumulative updates tend to be included in feature updates.
