Issues occur when connecting a monitor to Windows 11
After connecting an external display, when you drag certain application windows to the secondary screen, the window positions shift, causing some content to be cropped or to extend beyond the display boundaries. After disconnecting the external display, the window positions do not return to their normal positions on the primary screen.

In Settings > System > Display, set Scale and Layout to 100%, and uncheck the Allow Windows to automatically fix apps so they aren't blurry option.
