Is UUP dump a legitimate tool for Windows ISO download?

I want to download some old version of Windows ISO but Microsoft does not hold these ISO image files on its website now. I heard about UUP dump is also an available place for downloading Windows ISO ...

UUP dump is community-operated, not a Microsoft download service. Even when its script retrieves update packages from Microsoft servers, Microsoft does not publish or support the script, the conversion process, or the resulting custom ISO as an official installation image.

Use an official source based on the edition you need:

1. Standard Windows 10/11 media: Microsoft Software Download.

2. Enterprise evaluation media: Microsoft Evaluation Center.

3. Licensed enterprise/LTSC media: Microsoft 365 admin center Volume Licensing downloads.

4. Development and test media: the downloads included with an eligible Visual Studio subscription.

For an old build that no longer appears in those portals, check your organization's archived Microsoft media or open a Microsoft support request with the exact version and business reason. Do not rely on a checksum supplied by the same third-party page as proof of authenticity; compare only against a hash published in the authenticated Microsoft portal. Also remember that installing an old image may immediately reintroduce fixed security vulnerabilities.
