    Any2VID -  I haven't used it particularly for WEBM files, but I've converted .MKV files to .MP4

    Also my understanding is that it should be able to convert almost anything, so maybe give this a shot.

Converting WebM to MP4 on a Windows computer can definitely be useful sometimes. But depend on how you do the conversion, you might end up with a video that looks a bit worse than the original. This often happens when you use a lower bitrate or a less effective conversion method. If you’ve got a killer WebM file, you want to keep that quality, right? Sometimes the converted MP4 file can be significantly larger or smaller than the original WebM. If it’s bigger, that’s a storage killer—especially if you’re low on space. If it’s smaller, you might be sacrificing quality, which circles back to the first point. It's like having a sweet dessert; you want to enjoy it without overindulging!

Depending on your computer's specs and the software you use, converting files can take some time. If you’re in a rush, waiting around can feel like watching paint dry. If you're dealing with a super lengthy WebM file, that time can stretch from a couple of minutes to something more frustrating.
