    Any2VID -  I haven't used it particularly for WEBM files, but I've converted .MKV files to .MP4

    Also my understanding is that it should be able to convert almost anything, so maybe give this a shot.

As for the question you asked about converting WEBM files to MP4 format, there are indeed several ways to do it, and you don't need to use any third-party tools. You can use some of the tools that come with Windows 11 to complete this task.

Although the "Photos" app is mainly used to view pictures and videos, it can actually perform simple video conversion operations. You can convert the file by following the steps below:

  1. Right-click the WEBM file, select "Open with" and select "Photos".
  2. The video will open in the "Photos" app, click the **"Edit Image"** button in the upper right corner of the window (it looks like a pencil icon).
  3. In the editing interface, select "Save a copy“, and it will automatically convert to MP4 format and save it as a new file.

This method is simple and convenient, but it does not support batch conversion. It can only convert one by one, which is suitable for a small number of files.
