Internet works on phone but not on the PC
My PC is connected to the network and shows internet access, but no websites or apps actually load. My phone works perfectly on the same Wi-Fi, so the problem seems isolated to the computer itself.

Run
netsh winsock reset
and
netsh int ip reset
at the command prompt, then restart your computer.
Please run Network Adapter troubleshooter from Settings app > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Let us know what it reports back.
Because your phone works on the same Wi-Fi, the internet service and router are probably available; the fault is more likely in the PC’s IP, DNS, proxy, VPN, or network-adapter configuration. First forget the Wi-Fi network in Settings, reconnect with the password, and restart the PC. Run the Network and Internet troubleshooter in Get Help. Then open Command Prompt as administrator and run ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, and ipconfig /flushdns in that order. Check Settings > Network & internet > Proxy and disable any manual proxy you did not intentionally configure; disconnect a VPN temporarily as a test. Try one trusted site and record the exact browser error. If Ethernet works, focus on the Wi-Fi adapter and install its current driver. If neither connection works, use Network reset only as the final step because it removes network adapters and requires VPN and Wi-Fi settings to be configured again.
