In Windows 11 25H2, File Explorer loses vertical maximum sizing.
In Windows, when moving the cursor to the top or bottom edge of a window, the cursor becomes a bi-directional arrow shape. If double-clicking at the moment, the window changes the size at the vertical direction to the maximum screen height.
I installed Windows 11 25H2, the sizing function above was lost on File Explorer.

This sizing function losing only occurs on File Explorer. The sizing was normal in earlier version of Windows 11 24H2 (twenty-four). I first time found the problem after getting a late Windows Update in 24H2. Now it becomes "default" in 25H2 (twenty-five).

This change affects the user experience, making it more cumbersome to resize File Explorer windows to the maximum screen height. Users who rely on this feature for convenience may find it frustrating.

Did you check your mouse settings could be some settings problem.
