In the Windows 11 system volume mixer, the volume sliders for some apps cannot be adjusted

After enabling the system volume synthesizer, the volume sliders for some running applications cannot be dragged to adjust the volume, making it impossible to control the volume of those applications individually. Restarting the relevant applications or Task Manager does not resolve the issue, which occurs in certain system versions.
